Cancellation & Refund Policy

Digital products – general rule

Our products are digital and made available immediately after payment. For this reason, orders are generally not eligible for cancellation or refund once access/download has been granted.

Exceptions

• Non-delivery: You did not receive access or download links within a reasonable time after payment.
• Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same order.
• Defective/corrupted file: The file cannot be opened or is missing critical content (we will first attempt to replace/fix the file).

How to request support

Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order ID and details. We may request screenshots or error logs to resolve the issue quickly.

Chargebacks

If you experience a billing issue, please contact us first. Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to account restrictions.
